Terms of Service

SafariFlow is an online system for tour operators to manage enquiries, trips, quotes, client pages, bookings, and vehicle and guide schedules. We may improve or change features over time; if we remove something important, we will tell account owners in advance.

• You sign in with an email address and password, or with Google. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Each company has an owner who can invite team members with an invite link or code. The owner is responsible for who they invite and for removing people who should no longer have access.
• Tell us at ismartabubakary@gmail.com straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

• There is one plan with every feature: TZS 150,000 per month or TZS 1,500,000 per year. Prices shown on the website and the Billing page at the time you pay apply.
• Every new company gets a 14-day free trial. No card or payment is needed to start.
• You pay by mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Halopesa) or NMB bank transfer, then submit the payment details and receipt on the Billing page. We check and approve payments by hand, normally within 24 hours. Your paid period starts when we approve the payment.
• A paid period is not renewed automatically: you pay again for the next month or year.
• No refunds for partial periods. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• We may change prices for future periods; we will tell account owners at least 30 days before a change applies to them.

If a trial or paid period ends without a new payment, your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in and view your data, but you cannot create or change anything until you pay. We do not delete your data because a payment is late. Client links you already sent keep working.

• Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide SafariFlow to you.
• You are responsible for the data you enter about your clients and staff: that you are allowed to collect it, that you tell your clients how you use it, and that you answer their requests. We process it for you as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Client page links can be opened by anyone who has the link. Share them only with the people they are meant for.
• You can ask for an export of your data, or for your account to be closed and its data deleted, at any time by writing to ismartabubakary@gmail.com.

You agree not to:

• use SafariFlow for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, including fake quotes or bookings;
• upload photos, videos or text you have no right to use, or that are offensive or infringe someone else's rights;
• send spam or unwanted emails through SafariFlow; quote emails must go to people who asked for a quote;
• try to get into another company's data, test or break our security, or overload the service;
• copy, resell or rent out SafariFlow, or use it to build a competing product;
• upload viruses or harmful code.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or other users at risk. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

We work to keep SafariFlow available and fast, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a failure at one of our providers. Support is by email at ismartabubakary@gmail.com. Keep your own copies of anything critical, such as signed agreements with your clients.

• SafariFlow is provided "as is". Prices, park fees and other figures it calculates come from the rates you enter: check every quote before you send it. You are responsible for the quotes, bookings and trips you sell.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost bookings or lost business opportunities.
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to SafariFlow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

You can stop using SafariFlow at any time and ask us to close your account. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms. When an account is closed, we will give you a chance to export your data first.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and email account owners about important changes before they take effect. Continuing to use SafariFlow after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be settled, it will go to the competent courts of Tanzania.
